By the time you take the family’s needs into consideration – price range, town or country, beds and baths, preferred age, preferred floor plan – there is not much choice. Many families don’t want to tackle a beat-up home or wait for a short sale. These factors limit the choice even more.
These families have carefully researched past sales and don’t even consider overpriced properties. They are just too cautious. They don’t seem to expect any quick appreciation, so they want to feel safe in the price they pay.
